Energy flag

Today we raised our second green flag, the school was awarded the flag for their efforts to save energy. Well done to the green school's committee and all involved in achieving the flag.

Music theory exam

Outstanding results were achieved by all the girls who sat their music theory exam! Well done girls - you did yourselves and St Clare's very proud!

Well done to the girls from our class who travelled to Mayobridge in Co Down on Monday to take part in the St Clare's schools Camogie blitz. They reached the final on the day and we are all very proud of this great achievement! They were presented with medals this morning for their great effort.

Let's get active

Active Schools

On Monday the 11^th of May we started doing a program that helps us to become more active and fit. This program will last for five weeks. Two weeks have passed so we will be doing this program for three more weeks. At the start of every session we do some warm-ups then we do activities like having a race, doing stretches, playing a game etc. On the first day we had a race. It was really fun. The activities that we do depend on the day that we are doing the program so every day has a different activity. After that we do some cool-downs and then we have finished the session.

Ice cream party

On Wednesday the girls reached their target of having perfect attendance for 17 days. As a reward we had a movie and an ice cream party this evening! Yummy!
